My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were decent, although some issues like a faulty TV and noisy adjoining rooms affected my experience. The staff was a bit unprofessional at times. However, the location was fantastic, right on the beach, and the service was helpful and friendly.

Even though the rooms are a bit cramped and unlikely to secure a seafront view, the hotel's service shines with welcoming and cooperative staff, although there was a glitch with arranging a free taxi. The pleasant location directly on Juhu Beach is a standout feature, complemented by a marvelous terrace restaurant overlooking the sea. The dining experience, while not varied, is satisfying, especially enjoying risotto in the open setting. Overall, a mixed bag of cozy rooms, exceptional service, and unbeatable beachfront location.
